Please be advised as a company we print on demand. All of our products are made to order. All of our designs are original. However, we use outsource our printing to provide our customers with the best possible quality product.
 

Processing
Processing can take 3-7 business days to create.

When your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number. It will be sent to the email address you provided during check out.
 

Shipping

US customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 5 business days or less after processing time. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays from 14-21 days.
 

Please note that US customers receive tracking via USPS.

 

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, The Classic Hoodie will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt. Damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered by the customer, tears/holes in item, major graphic errors. All items will be replaced with the exact item to include the color. There are no exceptions to this.
 

Order Cancellation

We will not cancel ANY order after receiving payment due to automatic production of merchandise.
 

Additional Information

In some instances with graphic images (not font), the actual graphic may be increased in size for clarity in our store. This is not considered a defect in quality or product.
If for any reason there is a defect in our product, customer has approximately 14 days from date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect.
Lastly, we are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages, incorrect provided shipping addresses and/or a package labeled successfully delivered by its tracking number
